"Since moving to Margate in 2016, I wanted to start my own business doing something I love. I have a passion for cooking, baking and experimenting (and eating!), so Clarkini Cheesecakes is my opportunity to share this.

Thanet has a thriving food and drink scene, based around a community of enthusiastic chefs, bakers, brewers and caterers using local ingredients to create delicious produce. It's thrilling to be a small part of that!"
